自2020年3月以来，受疫情影响，各国国界关闭，国与国之间的人口流动骤降。加拿大移民局官员居家避疫，移民案子推迟处理，导致移民来加人数骤减。
为填补劳动力市场短缺，促进经济发展，加拿大只能着眼于加拿大境内的临时工和学习许可证持有者，并特批9万移民名额，直接给枫叶卡！
所以这一次的大赦直白讲就是百年不遇的指标完不成了，送！送！送！
5月5日多伦多时间下午4点，加拿大联邦移民部长Marco Mendicino举行新闻发布会，该项目将于5月6日中午12点（多伦多时间）正式开放、接受申请。

这次给的三类人群分别是：
4万名在加拿大国际留学毕业生
3万名指定必需职业的临时工人
2万名医疗保健行业的临时工人
01申请材料要求
请注意：所有的文件都是必要的
1）无犯罪记录证明（第一次提交时不需要，可延期提交)。
2）体检证明（可以提交过去5年内的体检证明。官方会重新评估并决定是否需要做新的体检。如果是在加拿大以外的地方体检，需要提交一个新的加拿大诊所预约体检的证明)。
3）语言成绩（预计会有新的位置增加，没报上名的不要着急，勤刷新）
4）已支付移民局费用的收据
5）符合移民要求的照片（6个月内）
6）移民相关表格（切勿遗漏签字区域）
7）工作相关材料（划重点！包括如工作地点、工作的特定时期（从/到日期）、您的主要职责和职责的描述、您的年薪和福利总额、您每周工作的小时数、您雇主的姓名，签名，完整地址，电话号码和电子邮件地址（如果适用）以及工资单）
8）学历相关成绩单、毕业证

过往一般的移民或公民申请，移民局会先检查材料是否完整，如果不完整会退回申请。或者要求补交新材料补充既可。

Q1. When will the new streams launch?
A：All 6 new immigration streams for essential workers and international students are set to launch on Thursday 6 May 2021 at 12 p.m. Eastern Time.
Q2. How will IRCC prioritize applications?
A：IRCC will process applications on a first come, first serve basis.
Q3. How can I apply?
A：Step 1: Use the new online portal to submit your application. The portal will have a “How to Apply Tool”. This tool helps you decide which stream is right for you. There will also be a wizard to make sure you are eligible. If you already know you are eligible, you can skip this wizard.
Step 2: Agree to terms and conditions.
Step 3: Create an account. You will get an email with a verification code. You will need to copy and paste this code onto the portal. Now, you can sign in with your email address and password.
Step 4: At this point, you will see a document checklist. This will include a generic form called the IMM 0008 form. You must validate your form and submit them with 2D barcodes. You do not need to sign this form. An attestation at the end is enough.
Step 5: If you are using a representative, make sure that the representative form has a wet signature.
Step 6: Submit your documents. This will include your proof of eligible work or study experience in Canada. If your dependents are part of your application, there will be separate fields to upload their files.
Step 7: After you submit your documents, you will see an acknowledgement and consent form, as well as a privacy statement.
Step 8: Click on the big blue “Submit” button at the end of the page. The next page confirms that you have submitted your application.
Q4. What documents are needed?
A：When you apply, a list of the required documents will be generated depending on the stream you are applying for. Here is a list of documents that you will need to submit:
“Generic Application Form for Canada” which is also known as an IMM 0008. You need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the form;
Police certificates;
Medical exams;
Proof of funds;
birth certificate (if you are declaring dependent children);
use of a representative form (if you have hired a representative);
common-law union form (if you declare your marital status as “common-law”);
marriage certificate (if you declare your marital status as “married”);
divorce certificate and legal separation agreement (if you declare your marital status as “divorced”);
death certificate (if you declare your marital status as “widowed”);
adoption certificate (when your dependent child is listed as “adopted”).
If you do not have police certificates or medical exams at this time, and you are unable to obtain them, you will need to prove that you have put in reasonable effort to do so. For example, in lieu of the medical exam, you may show a scheduled appointment. Children do not need police clearances.
Q5. Can a representative apply on my behalf?
A：Clients can give their representatives advance consent to fill out the application on their behalf.
Q6. I am eligible for more than one stream. Can I submit multiple applications?
A：Yes. You will need to pay the application fee twice.
Q7. I am eligible for more than one stream. Which stream will my application be processed under?
A：When you are submitting your application, you get to choose the stream you wish to apply under.
Q8. I am not currently working (for example: I am on sick leave, on maternity leave, temporarily laid off etc). Can I still apply?
A：No. You must be currently working in any job. It does not matter if your work is full or part time.
Q9. What is the application fee?
A：CAD $1,050. You may need to pay other applicable fees such as for any dependents, and for biometrics.
Q10. How long will it take for my application to be processed?
A：IRCC hopes to be able to process most applications within six months. IRCC expects to process 40,000 applications in 2021.
Q11. Do I need to submit my IELTS General Training or CELPIP score with my application?
A：Yes. Applications without a language test will be considered incomplete and may be refused.
Q12. I have a study permit. Can I apply?
A：Yes, as long as you meet the other eligibility requirements of one of the streams.
Q13. I am an international student and I have worked in an essential occupation. Can I use this work experience under one of the essential worker streams?
A：Yes, as long as you have at least 1,560 hours of Canadian work experience in an essential occupation, in the last three years.
Q14. Do I currently need to be working in an essential occupation for me to be eligible?
A：No. You can be working in any occupation. You just need to show that you have 1,560 hours of Canadian work experience in the last three years in an essential occupation.
If you are applying through one of the graduate streams, you do not need to have work experience in an essential occupation.
Q15. What jobs are accepted under an international graduate stream?
A：Any job is fine, both full-time or part-time. The only requirement is that the job is paid. Unpaid work or self-employed work does not count.
Q16. Can I apply if I am on maintained status (implied status)?
A：Yes.
Q17. I am waiting for my Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) to be approved. Can I still apply?
A：Yes.
Q18. I have already submitted an Express Entry profile. Can I still apply?
A：Yes. You will need to pay the application fees for one (or more) of the new streams.
Q19. I have already received a permanent residence invitation, or have applied under another immigration program. Can I still apply?
A：Yes. You will need to pay the application fees for one (or more) of the new streams.
Q20. Do I need to get an Education Credential Assessment (ECA) for my foreign education?
A：No. Your foreign education is not assessed under these immigration streams, therefore you do not need to submit an ECA.
Q21. I have self-employed work experience in an essential occupation. Does it count towards the work experience required for the essential worker streams?
A：No. Self employment does not count unless you are a medical doctor that fulfills other eligibility criteria.
Q22. I live in Quebec, or have previously lived in Quebec. How can I show that I intend to live in another province?
A：Candidates can show their plan to move outside Quebec such as their new residence, or a job offer from another province or territory.
